Day to Day Itinerary

At the Tribhuwan International Airport, our airport representative will receive you. A private tourist vehicle is available for a drop-off service at your hotel. You may either relax or come to our office to discuss the specifics of the Everest View Trek Itinerary.

Your Everest Panorama Trek will start with an early flight from Kathmandu airport to Lukla. To get to Lukla, a beautiful flight over the mountains would last 35 to 40 minutes. You will meet the rest of the team at the Tenzing Hillary Airport and complete your preparations there. It will take you around four hours to hike on your first day, going through the Sherpa settlements of Cheplung and Ghat and across a beautiful suspension bridge. Before reaching Phakding, where you will spend the night in a cozy teahouse or lodge, you will get to experience your first tempting vistas of towering Himalayan peaks along the road.

The route of today's trek begins through pine trees and pasturelands, with a number of suspension bridges to cross over the Dudh Koshi River at various locations. The ascent gets harder as you get to the junction of the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi. You will reach a vista offering the first glimpse of Mount Everest after traveling for around two hours on foot. From Phakding to Namche, there are several ups and downs on the Everest View Trekking Route. Even while it might be fairly exhausting, the clean air, breathtaking scenery, and desire to stand at the summit of the earth will motivate you to continue. After crossing Jorsale, you will arrive at Namche Bazaar, the entrance to Everest, and a trading hub as well, where you relax for the day.

To prevent altitude sickness, acclimatization involves regulating body temperature as altitude rises. You will relax today since altitude sickness might be quite bad. The major town in the Khumbu region, Namche Bazaar, is well-equipped with ATMs, Internet cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and other amenities. According to the Everest View Trek Itinerary, this day is for acclimatization. It's a rest day for acclimatization, but you will still go on a short trek to a nearby viewpoint (Thame or Khunde) and have a tour of the area, including the Tourist Visitor Center, where you will learn about Everest climbers, Sherpa people and their culture, and the flora and wildlife of the area.

The Everest Panorama Trek path leads to the top of a ridge where you can see Thamserku, Kusum Kangrib, and Kantega in all their breathtaking beauty. The vistas of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Everest, Tawetse, and Nuptse suddenly become visible after traversing a branch ridge. After that, you will begin to descend until you reach a junction on the road where one direction leads to the Gokyo valley. You will soon arrive at the Dudh Koshi River as you proceed past the Trashinga settlement. The ascent to Tengboche is challenging for the first half, but it becomes easier as it gets closer to a forest. The ascent up the slope ends with a stone gate that serves as Tengboche's entrance, with beautiful views of the surroundings. The vista of the sun setting over Ama Dablam and Everest is breathtaking. One of the outstanding panoramic views of the snow giants is from Tengboche. You may stay the night at a lodge in front of the monastery.

Your Everest View Trekking Route descends along a popular trail through fir, juniper, and rhododendron woods. As you continue, you will come to the Phungitenga Bridge, where the descent becomes difficult for almost an hour. The remaining distance to Namche is lengthy, twisting one that passes the historic Sherpa settlements of Khumjung and Khunde. Additionally, you will travel past Khunde Hospital, which is supported by the Sir Edmund Hillary Trust, and a monastery that houses the only Yeti Scalp. The remainder of the journey is a nice, picturesque stroll to Namche, where you will spend the night

From Namche Bazaar, your Mount Everest View Trek will continue before descending to Monjo. The path winds up and down multiple times as it winds through the dense woodland. You will leave Sagarmatha National Park by crossing the Dudh Koshi River Bridge, which is reached after a steep descent. After that, a level track will take you to Monjo. There are several tiny monasteries and painted Mani walls along the route from Monjo to Lukla. You will descend to Chauri Kharka through Phakding after passing through a number of little Sherpa communities. The final climb of the journey is a difficult ascent from Chauri Kharka to Lukla. When you arrive in Lukla, you may take some time to unwind before taking a tour through the community and taking in the people's tales.

You will fly from Lukla to Kathmandu in the early hours of the morning. Just like the landing, takeoffs are also very exciting events. You will be taken to your accommodation in Kathmandu after landing at Tribhuvan Airport. You have two choices for the day: either go shopping and wander the streets and malls or go somewhere you have always wanted to see but were not included in the Everest Panorama Trek Itinerary.

A drop-off in a private tourist car from the hotel to the airport is scheduled three hours before the flight's scheduled departure time. By choosing a different curriculum, you may also prolong your journey.
