Service Confirmation and Delivery

At Trek Himal, we offer trekking tour and travel package bookings. Once a booking is confirmed, customers will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details, including itinerary, payment receipt, and further instructions.

Digital Delivery of Booking Details

  • After completing a booking, customers will receive their tour details via email within 24 hours.
  • In case of any delays, customers will be notified promptly.
  • Customers should ensure they provide a valid email address at the time of booking.

Physical Shipping (If Applicable)

For customers who require physical documents, merchandise, or trekking gear (if offered):
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (domestic)
  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and depend on destination and weight.
  • A tracking number will be provided if applicable.

Customers must ensure the accuracy of their shipping details. Trek Himal is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
