Trek Himal Refund Policy

For Adventure Tour Bookings (Services):

  1. No Refund or Cancellation on Bookings:
    • Once an adventure tour booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
  2. Transfer of Bookings:
    • Bookings can be transferred to another individual or rescheduled to a different date up to 72 hours before the reserved date.
  3. Cancellation from Our End:
    • In the unlikely event that Trek Himal has to cancel a booking, a full refund will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation notice.

For Goods Sale on Adventure Shop (Bulk):

  1. Cancellation Charges:
    • A 30% cancellation charge will be levied on all bulk order cancellations.
  2. Damaged Goods Refund:
    • Refunds for damaged goods will be processed only after receiving videographic and photographic evidence of the damage. Our customer support team will review the case and issue a refund if approved.

 

Additional Points:

  1. Vendor Coordination:
    • Trek Himal acts as an aggregator and works with various vendors to execute adventure packages and supply gear. All refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective vendors.
  2. Booking Modifications:
    • Any modifications to bookings (dates, participant names, etc.) must be requested at least 72 hours before the reserved date and are subject to approval and availability.
  3. Force Majeure :
    • Trek Himal is not liable for any cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or any other force majeure events. In such cases, we will coordinate with our vendors to provide the best possible solutions.
